How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection of art prints and select the ones you'd like to purchase then choose the size you would like (be sure to measure up your walls 😊 ). Add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for eligible purchases. Please contact us if you wish to pay by direct bank deposit.

Love it or Return it

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are of a high standard, but if you aren't satisfied with the quality or your piece is damaged when you receive it, you can return an item so long as it meets our returns policy or contact us for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive a shipping notice as soon as we are ready to ship your prints. Typically, orders are processed, printed and framed, packed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding special stocks and orders). If you haven't received a shipping notification after a week, please reach out to us so we can ensure there are no unnecessary delays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once printing and framing are complete, please allow: 

• Metro delivery within 5-7 business days

• Regional delivery within 7-10 business days

• Remote delivery within 14-20 business days

We always aim for on-time delivery, but there may be instances when orders may be delivered past the estimated

What is the shipping cost?

We provide free standard shipping Australia-wide for all unframed print orders above $99. Shipping costs for framed prints, custom prints and bulk orders (more than 2) will be calculated at the checkout.

What is the standard shipping delivery time?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders within Australia are delivered: VIC / NSW / QLD / SA / ACT 5 -7 Business Days for Metropolitan Areas WA / NT / TAS / RURAL 7 -10 Business Days and 14-20 for REMOTE.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not provide express shipping due to the potential for damage, we would rather take greater care of your piece to ensure it gets to you 100%.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect? In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately via our contact us page. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Are the prints framed?

Yes, they can be. Our prints are unframed to give you the flexibility to choose framing options that best suit your style and space. However, we also offer framing services for select prints, you can select this option on the product page if framing is available for the product. If you would like a print framed that does not have the option on the products, please contact us. 

How are the frames made?

We offer sustainably sourced timber frames in 3 different colours: matte white, matte black and natural timber. Each frame has a 2mm clear acrylic perspex facing and includes a white acid-free matboard.

Can I request a custom print or size?

While we primarily offer a curated selection of prints, we may be able to accommodate custom requests for certain designs or sizes. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

How do I take care of the art?

Please avoid direct exposure to the pieces as this will cause the colours to fade and degrade the art paper. If you spot some dust on the piece, softly dust it with either a feather duster or wipe gently with a soft dry cloth (microfibre ideally).

How do I hang the art?

If you have purchased a framed piece you will already have the included framer’s pre-installed on the frame so all you will need is a hammer and nails, though we do recommend you use 10KG angle drive hooks, then pick your spot on a secure wall😊. 

What options are available for printing and framing of the artworks?

We offer our pieces in 2 different ways:

1. Unframed: Print on 230gsm or 250gsm art paper, rolled up in a mailing tube.

2. Framed: Print on either 230gsm art paper, timber framed with acrylic glass on top

We currently offer framing with select products, please refer to the product page for details, please contact us should you wish to frame a product that does not have the option on the product page and we will happily provide a quote for you.

Where are the pieces shipped from?

All our products are manufactured; printed, framed, packed and sent from Melbourne or Sydney.

Where do our image come from?

Our images come from diverse archive sources, including the State Library of Victoria, NSW, QLD as well as from original manuscripts, plans, and our own catalogue, which we subsequently digitise.
